Roberts Jewellers is not your average jewellery shop. And Anna Tartaglia is most definitely not your average jewellery shop proprietor.
The shop has been on Queen Street since 1946. It has always enjoyed a great reputation in Niagara Falls. It has an ‘establishment’ feel to it.
We offer a number of advantages over the more impersonal chain jewellery stores. Of course, we’re on top of the latest fashion trends and styles. the place where we excel is in our individualized customer service.

The DIAMOND
Over the years the store’s core message of quality and professional service has remained consistent. While venues have changed, Roberts Jewellers has been able to continue to service loyal customers as well as many new shoppers.
Our products range from mid to high end., with a goal to offering customers all price points as well as jewellery and watch battery replacements.
We make a real effort to stay current by introducing the most fashion forward lines, so that they can engage relationships with younger customers at a much earlier age.
Another factor that contributes to our success is that we are passionate about business and have zero tolerance for mediocrity, constantly demanding high expectations from suppliers in providing quality merchandise and from ourselves in providing high customer service.
Our philosophy is to teach the customer to experience the beauty of the diamond itself and not to get caught up in the technical aspects of it. While the 4 C’s are important, they do not always have to be the deciding factor. This allows the customer to make an informed decision that they can be comfortable with, while still remaining within their budget. We are always excited to assist you in a special purchase of an existing piece or in designing a new item. At times that may involve using your own Gold and gemstones.
We also recognize the value and importance of community involvement and the networking aspect of the business.
